Hello! My name is Tracy, and I’m thrilled to manage your stay at our collection of charming properties. My husband and I purchased our first home as a restoration project, and we’ve since expanded to include two additional amazing getaways, all designed with families and friends in mind.

 Verified Our family of 5 was in town for a few days and the YellowDoorBeachHouse was a perfect fit. The location is very central, easy access to I-5 freeway and great access to grocery stores, beaches, parks, etc. Very comfortable home, quiet dead end street, and clean home. Thank you

 Verified Great location and a lovely stay overall. We had a few minor hiccups, including the AI Assistant telling us we could check in early when that was not the case, and the power going out late at night, which unfortunately left us without any fans or air conditioning while we slept. Despite that, it’s a really cute spot with a great atmosphere, and we enjoyed our stay overall!

 Verified We absolutely loved our stay at the Yellow Door House! 💛The location was perfect—so close to the beach and also conveniently located near so many other places we wanted to visit. The host provided very clear instructions, and communication throughout our stay was wonderful. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, kind, and always quick to respond whenever we had a question.From the moment we walked into the house, we were impressed. It was beautiful, extremely clean, organized, and thoughtfully decorated. As we explored the home, we kept finding little details that made the stay even better. The organization throughout the house—especially the drawers—was honestly top notch! We also loved that towels were already placed on every bed for each guest. It was one of those small touches that made everything feel very welcoming and prepared for us.Another happy surprise was discovering that the second bathroom, which we originally thought was only a half bath, actually had a small show

 Verified Was a good location, there wasn’t any warm water during our stay, and the pictures look nicer than reality, wall paper is pealing in the main bedroom. Outdoor space is really nice. 3rd bedroom you need to walk thru a bathroom then thru the garage.

 Verified We really enjoyed our time here. The location is great - easy drive to the grocery store, downtown, the freeway, and the beach. Tons of outdoor space with lots of ways to use it. We loved having dinner at the front patio table, playing 1-v-1 soccer and bags in the backyard, and relaxing on the back patio at the end of our days. The beach amenities were clutch, too. The only minor blip - it was super hot when we were here, and the 3rd bedroom (partially converted garage) was HOT and doesn't have a ceiling fan. Our host was super responsive, gave us some tips to cool off the room before bedtime, and proactively had a mini-split AC unit installed during our stay so this won't be an issue for future guests.
