This is a duplex property. All spaces are completely separate and private.
We are a NO pet property. Violating this rule will result in a $500 fine in addition to any damages that may have been caused by a pet.
We DO NOT allow smoking anywhere on the property. Violating this rule will result in a $500 fee in addition to any damages that may have been caused by the results of smoking on our property.
Any gathering on the premises that would be considered a party or event will be subject to a charge of $1,000.
Potential for noise: we are close to the train on the 101. We are also near the beach and restaurants. People are walking up and down the street to go to the beach or walk on Neptune or to the many restaurants nearby.
Must climb stairs: both bedrooms and full bathroom are located downstairs. There is 1 step to enter the property.
Parking: there is one parking spot available. This is in front of the garage labeled “A”.
